Norvind Advisory mission is to advise, provide support and resourcing to consortia participating in competitive international tender processes in energy transition and infrastructure projects in EMEA, as well as providing development support post tender to awarded bidders.

Norvind Advisory provides comprehensive support across the full lifecycle of project finance transactions. This includes assistance with tender analysis, project economic assessment and risk evaluation, together with the development of financial models tailored to each project’s specific requirements. We review project contracts, advise on financial structuring and hedging strategies, and support the preparation and negotiation of financial documentation. Our services also cover the selection and coordination of due‑diligence advisers, the optimisation and finalisation of bid submissions, and post‑award support through to financial close and beyond.
Norvind geographical focus currently includes continental Europe and the UK.

Norvind Advisory was founded by Frédéric Droulers who previously spent 30 years in project finance across several international banks, leading power and infrastructure advisory activities. An electrical engineer by background (ENSIEG, HEC MBA), he holds certifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
